Dosing-meter Pumps led by Engine

Motor Driven Metering pumps belong to the family of alternating volumetric pumps. Motor dosing pumps are recommended when high performances are required and feature the following basic elements:

Dosing capacity varies proportionally with the stroke length and can be set to the tiniest repeatable quantities. Two-piston and multiple-piston pumps are therefore particularly suitable for delivering precise mixtures, where different media must be mixed at a constant ratio which can be selected as desired. Using externally controlled drive motors, the total quantity can be varied from 5% to 100% at a constant ratio. Heated heads allow the dosing of media that are torpid when cold. A piston flushing skirt is available as an option, to prevent damaging leaks and protect the packing materials and pistons from abrasive chemicals.

Motor Driven Metering pumps belong to the family of alternating volumetric pumps. Motor dosing pumps are recommended when high performances are required and feature the following basic elements:

Gearbox in cast aluminium protected with Epoxy paint. The gearbox mechanism of the motor driven dosing pumps is operated by an eccentric cam, which provides a positive displacement delivery stroke, whilst the suction stroke is spring assisted.
Adjustable capacity from 0-100% whilst in operation or at rest. Flow rate is adjusted by a micrometer screw to control stroke length (10:1 ratio).

Maximum suction lift 4 metres with water.
Motor and gearbox coupled by means of a flexible motor coupling, thus increasing transmission life.
Each pump is individually tested and all units are CE certified.
